3. Online Ordering, Curbside Pickup, and Payments
– The Site may provide or link to online ordering for curbside pickup as a convenience (e.g., via integrated platforms like SpotOn). Orders and availability are not guaranteed until confirmed by us via email, text, phone, or in-person.
– Prices, menu items (including pizzas, ham & cheese salads, garlic bread, calzones, specials, etc.), and promotions displayed on the Site are subject to change without notice.
– All payments are processed through third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details on the Site.
– You are responsible for any taxes, service charges, or gratuities applicable to your order.
– Cancellations, modifications, and refunds are subject to our policy displayed at the time of ordering. We may refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion (e.g., due to errors, unavailability, or suspected fraud).
4. SMS Terms
Program Description
Fredrico’s Pizza, Inc. dba Fredrico’s Pizza (“Fredrico’s Pizza”) offers an SMS program that allows customers to receive a text message containing a link to our online ordering system. When you call our restaurant and choose the option “To receive a text with a link to our online ordering system, press 1,” you may receive a text message with a link to place an order online.

One time per request.

How to Opt-Out
You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages from Fredrico’s Pizza at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message STOP, we will send you a confirmation SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
How to Get Help
If you are experiencing issues with the SMS program, you can reply HELP for more assistance, call us at 435-752-0130, or visit https://fredricospizza.com. When you send the SMS message HELP, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

5. User Accounts

– To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fredrico’s Pizza, Inc. dba Fredrico’s Pizza, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or from any orders placed.
– In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
